These came are wonderfully easy drop cookies that are moist and FULL of flavor!! Peanut butter and banana are such a wonderful combination and with the chocolate chips it is heavenly!!! This is my own recipe inspired by my brother, so please feel free to use images but please put a link to my blog.
Pre heat 350 F Bake 14 min
Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups banana (about 3)
1/2 butter
1 1/2 brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1 t. vanilla
2 1/3 cups flour
12 ounces of milk chocolate chips or semi sweet
First cream together peanut butter, bananas, soft butter, brown sugar and sugar, mix on med for 1 min. Add eggs one at a time mixing on a low speed. Add baking powder, soda and vanilla. Slowly add flour 1/3 cup at a time. Stop the mixer and use a large spoon mix in the chocolate chips.
Spoon a large table spoon worth onto parchment paper, about six per batch for large cookies.
Bake for about 14 min or until golden brown. Be careful to not over cook!
Let cool for about five minutes and enjoy with some milk!!!
