Hacky Sack Crochet Pattern

Hacky Sack
regular size
Supplies:
100% cotton yarn worsted weight
Size e hook
plastic, black beans, or another filling substance.  (about 60-80 grams)
note: this pattern is worked in the rounds, this means you will need to use a stitch marker to keep track of the rows.  you do not attach and turn as in working with rows.  (I use the casting on tail as my stitch marker, photo below)
it is helpful to move the st marker after every increasing row

rnd 2: sc 2 in next st, sc 2 in every st around (12 st)

Almost Guilt Free Brownies

Almost guilt free Brownies
These brownies are gluten free and almost Paleo friendly! No dairy and no wheat added. Also substituting eggs for either bananas or apple sauce with a little baking powder would make this recipe vegan also!  Please let me know any variations you do and how they turn out!  I am always looking for new ideas :)

Ingredients:
1 c coconut oil or almond butter
1 c honey or 1/2 c splenda and 1/2 c honey
3/4 c cocoa powder
1/2 t salt
1 t vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c all purpose gluten free flour (bobs red mill)
NOTE: For cake add 1/2 t baking soda
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 f
Melt coconut oil in large mixing bowl.  Stir in honey, then eggs and vanilla.  In another mixing bowl mix flour, cocoa and salt.  Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Line 8x8x2 dish with foil.  Grease the lined pan and bake for 38-45 min.  Done when tooth pick comes out with few moist crumbs.  Let cool slightly before cutting and enjoying!!
