Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies!

These came are wonderfully easy drop cookies that are moist and FULL of flavor!!  Peanut butter and banana are such a wonderful combination and with the chocolate chips it is heavenly!!!  This is my own recipe inspired by my brother, so please feel free to use images but please put a link to my blog.

Pre heat 350 F                     Bake 14 min

Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups banana (about 3)
1/2 butter
1 1/2 brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1 t. vanilla
2 1/3 cups flour
12 ounces of milk chocolate chips or semi sweet

First cream together peanut butter, bananas, soft butter, brown sugar and sugar, mix on med for 1 min.  Add eggs one at a time mixing on a low speed.  Add baking powder, soda and vanilla.  Slowly add flour 1/3 cup at a time.  Stop the mixer and use a large spoon mix in the chocolate chips.

Spoon a large table spoon worth onto parchment paper, about six per batch for large cookies.

Bake for about 14 min or until golden brown.  Be careful to not over cook!

Let cool for about five minutes and enjoy with some milk!!!

Crochet Doily Rug Tutorial

Love this style rug!

Start of my doily rug!  This rug works up really fast!

I used this Pattern with some minor changes to make it a full 36 inches in diameter (see below) and found the Cotton rope here, although after doing some more looking I found it for much cheaper on ebay.
The rope is called Cotton welt cord.
The hook size is S

I am going to get some dye and most likely die this dark brown, I have young children and cannot see whit lasting very long!  I found this original tutorial on The Craftytortoise  blog and wanted to share my changes.

After the last row on the pattern followed I sc 1, Dc 4 on ch 3 sp, *sc next 2 sp, dc 4 on ch 3 sc* repeat ** all the way around, end with 1 sc next to first sc at the start, ss to end and fasten off.

To weave in the end tail I used the hook to pull the tail under and through about 8 stitches, then wrapped it around the back of 1 st and pulled it back through the same 8 stitches again, just wanted to be sure it was not going to come loose.

I am selling the finished product on my ETSY

I hope this was of some help
